SERVICE SUPPORT – EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL

Valid from 1st January 2005 until further notice

EUROKOIL® has its own factory trained engineers operating from fully equipped workshops in various locations, used for manufacturing and repair of smaller machines, manufacture and refurbishing of punching tools, qualified modifications and development of the punching and binding machines supplied by EUROKOIL®.

EUROKOIL® can offer an extremely high level of technical service on punching and binding machines supplied from RHIN-O-TUFF and BEST BIND SYSTEMS as well as machines of other manufacture, for example: RILECART, JAMES BURN, BIELOMATIC, and RENZ .

Our charges per hour for service and engineering are available on request.
We have a reduced charge for K-service for all dealers and clients who have signed an agreement of cooperation with EUROKOIL®.

Emergency Service!Service and installation work carried out on the same day as ordered or on the next working day, day prior to public holiday and public holiday.
Consulting work, resolving specific modification to design and construction solutions to customer’s own specifications and requirements.	Quoted against specification!
Travel and hotel costs.	At cost against invoice!
